Whether you just built your first home, are moving after many years or want a gift for someone else, I would be happy to explore a Home Portrait with you. Each Home Portrait is done in watercolor with pen and ink on Arches 140 lb., 100% cotton watercolor paper.

Standard sizes and pricing are:

8x10 inch image area on a 9x12 sheet, matted, $300

11x14 inch image area on a 12x16 sheet, matted, $450

Standard turnaround time is 3-5 weeks from scheduled start date.

PRICING
Home sizes, number of windows, garages, detail, and special requests take more time and would cost more. The portraits above would fall under standard prices.
DELIVERY
Jobs are on a first come/first served basis. Your delivery date will depend on how many jobs are in the que ahead of you. This gives me enough time to focus on your portrait and make it beautiful!
